JO YOUNG

Biography:
Jo has 20 years experience performing and teaching all ages ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip-hop, acrobatics and belly dancing. During the past six years, Jo has incorporated dance, yoga and Pilates techniques in core awareness workshops aimed at enhancing mind/body connection and healing through movement. Her part in the Barre One journey is fuelled by her passion for “teaching classes that create strength, courage and joy to be applied in all areas of life.”
